Dr. Yan Wang received his Ph.D. in Science from the Institute of Theoretical Chemistry, Jilin University in June 2015. His primary research focuses on: Development and Application of multiscale simulation schemes for polymer-related systems; Molecular Dynamics Simulations of biomacromolecular systems; Computer-Aided Drug Design; Development and Application of classical force fields; Investigation and Application of enhanced sampling methods. Dr. Wang has achieved significant research outcomes in several areas, including: Theoretical studies on the cross-linked network structure of epoxy resins; Theoretical elucidation of the molecular mechanism underlying "glistenings" formation in intraocular lens materials. He has authored over 10 peer-reviewed papers published in renowned international journals such as Macromolecules, Biomaterials Science, and Giant. Furthermore, Dr. Wang has secured and led research funding, serving as the Principal Investigator (PI) for one General Program funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC).
